How do I book your cleaning services?

The easiest way is to fill out our online quote form — tell us your location, the type of clean you need, and we'll come back to you quickly with a price and available times. You can also call us directly on (022) 072 0854 if you'd prefer to talk it through. We're available 8am–8pm, seven days.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to hand over a key and come home to a clean space. We treat every property with care and respect, whether you're there or not. If you'd rather be present for the first clean, that's completely fine too — we're flexible.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that are effective without harsh chemicals. They're safe for children and pets, better for the environment, and don't leave strong chemical odours behind. We bring all products and equipment with us — you don't need to supply a thing.

What areas do you service?

We cover the greater Auckland area within a 30km radius of the CBD. This includes the Auckland CBD, Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, Mt Eden, Epsom, Newmarket, Remuera, Parnell, Herne Bay, Kingsland, Grafton, North Shore, Onehunga, Ellerslie, and the surrounding suburbs. What's the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?

Standard cleaning covers the regular maintenance tasks — vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. It's designed to keep a well-maintained home fresh between deeper cleans. Deep cleaning goes further: inside appliances (oven, fridge), scrubbing grout, cleaning behind and beneath furniture, light fittings, skirting boards, and all the spots that accumulate grime over time. Deep cleaning is ideal for a first clean, a seasonal reset, or a property that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while.

Can I customise my cleaning package?

Yes — we're not a one-size-fits-all service. If you have specific rooms you want prioritised, areas to skip, particular surfaces that need extra attention, or add-ons like oven cleaning or carpet cleaning, just let us know.
